What do you believe is the main quality which makes an agency really excellent?

“Being upfront with your clients from the beginning! You need to have real authentic conversations with your clients to figure out how they define a successful campaign, what they care about and more importantly what they don’t care about. I’ve seen it first hand, an SEO expert who does a great job on a campaign but gets terminated because the client didn’t care about the metrics they were tracking. Client input is everything!”

Any forecasts for the future of SEO?

“Voice search has been larger and larger. I recently watched a TV commercial for Alexa to the vehicle, refrigerators and TVs with voice search. This implies SEO will have to evolve with the times and also make sure we’re putting our customers in a fantastic position.
